One of the worst chifa restaurants in Chinatown. We visited this place because the chifa that I always eat in front was closing. THE WORST IDEA TO GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. From the attention and the food itself. Apart from the fact that they charge a lot, the food was terrible. I ordered a tipakay, and they brought me a couple of pieces of chicken and the rest was fried dough with the sweet and sour sauce. The rice as if I had thrown it away, no chicken, no Chinese onion. Just some rice painted with siyao. The fried wonton is the same. 2 dull wontons and worse without tamarind sauce. The waiter was asked to arrange the dishes with the cook but he ignored the request. He was called on 3 occasions. Seeing the bad disposition of the waiter and the unappetizing food, I left. When you go down the stairs and leave, the waiter comes running after you as if he had been robbed. Claiming that because one leaves the place. Then the supervisor is another spoiled woman who practically wants to force you to eat her very poor food. Don't accept it. One of the worst experiences in Chinatown.
At first, it looks pretty from the outside, however, the food was not good as the rice tasted burnt. The service was not fast since it is evident that the employees share functions (I was served by the cashier who at the same time was also the cook)
The worst chifa. The staff is incredibly rude, they don't know how to serve you, and they leave you talking to yourself. The woman who serves on the second floor is the worst; she can't communicate well. She decided not to serve us and acted as if we weren't even there. She was such a rude woman who started arguing as if she were giving us free food or doing us a favor. Don't go there.
The restaurant was full and we decided to try our luck at this restaurant, on the second level. They have an elevator where they take the food up and on several occasions they hurt their hands or dropped the soup. The orders were taken in disorder and when the menu was delivered they gave you the second and the soup was forgotten. The flavor of both is from low to very low, one of the orders was chaufa rice with tamarind and we got a stone in the rice, when I told the waitress what we had found she did not apologize and offered to change only the portion of rice. Terrible place in every sense, I do not recommend it.
First of all, the food, apart from being expensive, is of poor quality, because the rice was burnt, the amount of chicken was scarce and I had to eat with my finger so as not to finish the food, the service was bad because the waiter got upset when we didn't order quickly and the atmosphere was the worst, the bathroom didn't even have water and I saw a rat.
Very good food and fast service!!, The reward
