Terrible service is not the case with all employees but I spent an hour waiting for spicy chicken and it never came out. I hope the woman who served me doesn't give other customers a bad experience.

If you want to be treated badly this is the perfect place. The food is good, but the attitude of all the staff (Starting with the manager) is detestable.nnYou cannot express the contempt these people have for customers. They serve poorly, they throw away food and drinks, they don't even say hello.nnThe brand has an excellent menu, but they need to change most of the staff, who are bitter ladies and the customers are not to blame.nnThe store is located inside the Plaza Miraflores shopping center, in the food area.nnNot recommended place to go to eat unless you want to be treated horribly.
